I am currently 88 years of age, and unwittingly, I became
the victim of a con man by the name of Larry Henderson, who had
performed minor repairs at my home, and took me for $13,500.00.
Little did I know I was dealing with a one-man crime wave, who had
been systematically taking advantage of dozens of elderly citizens
in both Fairfax and Prince William counties. After having made numerous
